Vertical Form Fill Seal  offers three types of vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) bagging machines.

Low-Speed Machines:The VFFS-800 and VFFS-1400 belong to this category. These machines handle various bag types, including pillow, gusseted, and doy-style stand-up bags, along with hole punches. They are equipped with servo drives for pull belts and sealing jaws, ensuring precise and controlled operations.

High-Speed Continuous Motion Machine:The CM-1000 is a high-speed VFFS machine suitable for applications requiring rapid processing. It operates continuously, with the film never stopping to achieve vertical sealing. The vertical sealing bars move continuously, ensuring uninterrupted sealing and high-speed production.

Tubing Fill and Seal Machine:The TFS-1100 falls into this category and uses tubular PE film material to create bags of various sizes without the need for a former. This simplifies the process, resulting in faster and more efficient production. The machine is user-friendly and easily adjustable for creating bags of different sizes, making it versatile for various packaging needs.
All models are equipped with a user-friendly widescreen Human Machine Interface (HMI) that enhances the ease of operation, providing a comfortable experience when working with the machines.
